Boston College has them right where they want them, at least that is what I think. After two years where folks thought maybe the Eagles were going to make a move, they disappointed. Now, with some fixes in place, they are projected near the bottom of every projection. I will explain why I believe Jeff Hafley has done enough to get this program back on the right track, and why the prognosticators are wrong.
