It can be overwhelming trying to figure out how to heal on your own. I’m sharing my tips for healing trauma.
One of my favourite quotes is “healing is not linear”. I often remind myself of that. Because it’s true. You can take 10 steps forward only to fall 10 steps back the next day and that’s okay!
I personally know how isolating it can feel while you’re on a healing journey.
