Breanne is a certified Mental Performance Coach and Co-Founder of The Elite Competitor, a company that leads the pack in cultivating confidence in girl athletes through their mom-daughter approach to mental training. As a former collegiate athlete, current mom, and long-time coach to athletes, Breanne sees building confidence and mental strength in athletes from all angles. She not only supports the athlete through proven and science-backed strategies to strengthen her mental game, she also coaches parents on how to best support their athlete daughters through the process. Through the Elite Competitor podcast, trainings, and signature program The Elite Mental Game, thousands of families have changed the game when it comes to the middle and high school sport experience.
