A few weeks ago I hired a virtual receptionist team.  I've now gone through the onboarding process, which was SUPER easy, and I'm a week into using their service.  Here's a very quick status update.

Here's how the onboarding process went:

1. They set up a phone number that receives calls that I forward to them.
2. I sat down and hashed out a bunch of FAQs including information about our area and our industry in general.
3. They sent me a phone script that they wrote out and all I had to do was edit.
4. They went in and looked at my answers and asked for further clarification.
5. They set up a group in WhatsApp for us to communicate.

So, during the first week of working together, I am absolutely LOVING how kind this group of people is.  I'm so happy that these are the people who are representing my company.

They are Housecall Pro certified and they're used to booking jobs for the service industry, so the larger training doesn't have to happen.  They just need to learn a little bit about our specific industry.
