[09:05] The Stafford sisters had a fabulous weekend. Lucia Stafford broke her older sister's U23 indoor 1500m record. And Gabriela Stafford ran a Canadian leading 800m time.
[14:53] Damian Hall kept environmental sustainability at top of mind while setting a new winter record on the Paddy Buckley Round in northwestern Wales.
