Join us in a discussion with the Community Prevention staff of AADAP and host Jessica Abaya on the value and practice of mindfulness in a changing world. Through individual stories, we will take a closer look at what mindfulness is and how the benefits of mindfulness can increase gratitude and overall wellness. Each staff will share micro-practices that can be integrated into daily life inside and outside of work. These practices will help individuals learn more about mindfulness and how it can promote self-care and ultimately reduce fatigue and burnout in life.
