Faraz Ali is an Experiential Designer in the Public, Digital, and Poetic realms. Over the past decade, Faraz has been studying Urdu literature as a creative tradition and a sociocultural phenomenon. Faraz has collaborated at both local and international levels to foster critical understanding and practice of literature and theatre. In May 2018 he delivered a performative lecture on the works of the modernist Urdu poet N. M. Rashid at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA.
Faraz also runs a research and performance-based project titled Zer Zabar Paesh, an ongoing digital platform where he curates a variety of artistic and literary subjects.
