Javier founded Payan Pool Service in San Diego in 1987 and has built up the company over the past 30 years and has vast experience in servicing swimming pools, water chemistry, pool repairs, equipment installation, energy efficiency, and pool remodeling. He is a Certified Pool Operator, California Licensed Contractor, and has been involved in leadership roles with various Professional Pool Organizations that are responsible for higher industry standards. Javier is most proud of his work in Drowning Prevention, working with Safe Kids San Diego, National Drowning Prevention Alliance, Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, and Pool Safely.
