About Joel Dixon,Head of Design Compass Development Marketing Group
Joel has advised on all aspects of new development planning, programming, and design/construction at Compass. Bringing a market-driven approach to the practice, he provides highly tailored recommendations that aim to elevate project design, maximize project marketability, and increase developer/investor returns. Prior to joining Compass, Joel specialized in high-end hospitality and multi-family residential architecture where he drove the design of nearly 2M SF of development throughout the East Coast, China, and Southeast Asia. Passionate about design and development, Joel has also taught courses at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and Boston Architecture College.
