In this episode Jonathan gives an update on the Bucs search for a new offensive Coordinator as well as grading the offenses performances this year. He starts the episode by giving an update on the Bucs offensive coordinator search. He gives who his top candidates are and who he does not want with the job. He then goes into grading the Bucs offense this year. He starts with Baker Mayfield and why it was hard to grade Baker because of the season he had. He then goes on to the running backs and talks about where he wants them to improve next year. Then, he moves on to the receivers and how injury impacted the grades for them. He finishes with the offensive line and he talks about if they are healthy next year they could be one of the better groups in football.
