Marcus is an owner of the small but mighty BBQ business, and Marcus created the beauty behind the meats. I stumbled upon Miss Essie's BBQ sauce at our local Smith's here in Salt Lake and it is just the making of any great BBQ. Even if I can only make mediocre meat.
