- Oooh flashback!
- Another interesting Luthor twist is that he was in a long loveless marriage. Usually he’s sort of a playboy.
- So the distance from Luthor’s daughter started when they were married
- “Milton is looking into it”
- “Superman Lives!”
- Teenagers being excited about a trunk full of fireworks seems like a very small town thing. Confirmed? “Let’s go get the keg.”
- Ok wait, now the local folks know Clark is Superman. Oh for fucks sake. Why are the writers doing this with 5 episodes left?
- Superman appealing to Lex as a father is so on brand.
- Why is Candice back?
- Pretty cool that Elizabeth Henstridge directed and guest starred in the episode. I didn’t watch Agents of Shield. Was she a big deal? In another life she would’ve made a good Lois Lane.
- Ooooh Kryptonian tech so Lara can see the fight. Kryptonia VR, I told you they had video games in the Fortress!
- Jon is kinda dressed like Marty. Also this side story with Candice is bullshit and a waste of time. A kid in their class knows Clark is Supermanbut they’re not pursuing that?
- The Lex flashbacks were really good. Very much like lex luthor the unauthorized biography - 1989
- The balls on Lois Lane to face off with Doomsday. I love it, that’s the Lois Lane I know and love. So great to see Bizarro world flashbacks.
- Oh my god Lois got through to Doomsday
