Description

It's Shakespeare meets Jimmy Buffet and... the White Lotus?! Pittsburgh Shakespeare in the Parks stops by to discuss their latest rendition of Twelfth Night, a tropical romp. Director Nick Hrutkay, Founder Jennifer Tober, actors Aaron Crutchfield, and Charles David "Stoney" Richards, highlight how this Shakespeare play has been turned into a summer getaway on a tropical island. Jennifer, Aaron, and Stoney do a short read from the play, and Nick talks about why he chose to put Jimmy Buffet songs with Shakespeare. Performances run every weekend from August 31st to September 29th, with a celebratory dinner at Mad Mex Shadyside on Tuesday, October 1st.
