Coach Ivo has a long coaching career, working in top tier youth hockey as well as working with high end prospects on an individual basis. We discuss his coaching career, the nuts and bolts of player development (especially in the time of Covid-19), and his approach to the game. We then go into this upcoming season for the Riveters (who all Flyers fans should get on board with!), roster changes, and the team's plans for the upcoming 2021 NWHL Season, tournament style, in Lake Placid.
