Description

This week, the co-hosts discuss the rise, fall, and resurgence of Martha Stewart. The "domestic diva" came to prominence as America's perfect homemaker. Her TV series, magazines, and books taught Americans how to make everything from the most delicious chocolate chip cookies to DIY Christmas wreaths. Soon, Stewart was the billionaire CEO of her own multimedia empire. But all that success was threatened in 2003, when she was accused of insider trading. The co-hosts discuss Stewart's impressive achievements  – and the many privileges that helped her get there, along with the sexist double standards that stood in her way.
