He is also a Diversity and Veteran Recruitment Strategist focusing on Military Veteran talent & skills for customers throughout the country. He has tremendous talent designing key workforce development strategies and market analytics for inclusion and diversity. In addition, he currently serves as an Executive Board Member with the Phoenix Workforce Development Board under Mayor Gallego with a vision to sustain opportunities to Earn, Learn, and Grow for Arizona.
