New tariffs went into effect overnight on all foreign steel and aluminum coming into the U.S. The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted against repealing the current policy, that bans all cooperation with 'ICE'. Parts of San Diego County are expected to get rain today, while some stay dry ahead of Thursday's more powerful storm.
