Welcome to the Movers and Shakers podcast. This weeks guest is Kyle Grimm. He is a 25 year old real estate investor and broker who got started his senior year of high school. Kyle bought a small single family house that he rehabbed and rented to his first tenant. After collecting the first rent check, he was hooked on the idea of investing, and continued to buy, fix, and rent out residential real estate. Kyle’s portfolio consists of single family, small multi family, and mobile home parks. After a lot of bumps and bruises, Kyle has realized the power of large multi family and the economies of scale. He is now shifting his focus from being a lone-wolf investing in small properties, to taking down large multi family deals as a team sport.
