Description

Welcome true believers to X-Men Horoscopes where each week our host Lodro Rinzler is in conversation with a special guest to discuss the X-Men issue that aligns with a significant month and year from their life and what that issue reveals about their future.

On this week's episode we are joined by Chad Anderson of the x-cellent x-podcast Graymalkin Lane.

Chad offers up his encyclopedic knowledge as we dive into the 1960s, looking at when the mutant metaphor began and when Beast started really hating humans. We dive into Chad's birth month and year issue - Uncanny X-Men 115 - where we get his full breakdown of Sauron (and a great voice for him too).

Also in this issue:

- Sauron is bad at break ups

All this plus why Boom Boom would be a great president! Boom Boom 2028! She has my vote. What does any of this mean for Chad's future (and - BONUS - our society's)? Tune in to find out!

Chad Anderson is the host of the wonderful x-podcast Graymalkin Lane where he and his queer friends review the X-Men comics of the 1960s.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Chad is a father of two, works as a trauma therapist and a writer. He's written the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, the Mushroom Murders graphic novel, the documentary Dog Valley, and his memoir Gay Mormon Dad is currently being adapted into a graphic novel!
