Sometimes we are hesitant to make a donation for fear of not knowing where the money is going but let me say this. I have seen firsthand that within an hour or two your donation is received and immediately they are on the ground running to serve those with the highest needs. Within 2 hours after that, food is purchased and already in the hands (literally) of the people who need it the most. They are doing great things!
This year especially has been a difficult one for Guatemala, as it has with the rest of the world. This global pandemic is affecting 3rd world countries in a devastating and emergent way. People do not have enough to eat, so many are going to bed hungry and worried about protecting their families from Dengue and COVID-19 as they are not able to have proper protection.
If you are able to donate even a small amount but have been hesitant because you don't know where the money is going or how it is being spent trust me when I tell you that a little goes such a long way.
