In today's episode, I am honoured to introduce you to Mishy Castle, A Life Mentor and Counsellor as well as an upcoming author. Mishy is a Child Sexual Abuse Survivor and Warrior who no longer is bound by the chains that have been holding her back. She is a fighter, a rockstar and a fabulous human being.
In our interview, she candidly speaks her truth and shares what has happened to her but she also talks about how she is planning on living the rest of her life! This is such a powerful episode so please share her story so that it may help others who may be in a similar situation.
