1) Showing once again that she not only is the stupidest female on the Supreme Court, but the stupidest member ever, Jumpin' Jackson Brown was the lone dissent in a ruling that cleared the way for President Trump to resume mass firings in the federal government. It was so obvious that even the "wise Latina" had to vote with the conservatives and Kagan, who increasingly has been a vote-switcher.
2) In what is apparently the only thing the MAGA blogosphere is concerned about, AG Pam Bondi clarified her earlier comment this year that the Epstein "client list" was "sitting on her desk." She also (possibly rightly) denied any knowledge of whether ol' Eppie was a foreign agent. This won't go away, on the one hand, and on the other, Trump appears fed up with the attention this is getting and appears to be fully supportive of Bondi. He should be. Her DOJ has won every single case that has reached a final resolution brought against the administration. That, combined with the mass trafficking arrests so far that I personally (just my opinion) think are directly the result of Epstein leads, make her an excellent AG in my book. MAGA wants symbolic heads on platters. Trump and Bondi, it appears, are far more interested in real, daily indictments of criminals currently among us. Meanwhile, Elon Musk led the right-wing meltdown. Nevertheless, online sleuths noticed that there was a full minute of footage missing in the jail cell video.
3) Douglas Mackey, better known as "Ricky Vaughn" on Twitter, was arrested and jailed for a meme in which he urged people to vote on the wrong day. The Second Circuit Court threw out his conviction for lack of evidence, and remanded it to the district court with orders to dismiss. Douglas should get major restitution from the U.S. government for his heinous act.
4) The TSA is eliminating the requirement that passengers have to remove their shoes before boarding an airplane. Now, can we remove the TSA and restore in-flight meals?
5) Here are six very positive trends for the USA.
6) President Trump extended the federal hiring freeze until October. I'm guessing he'll extend it every few months from here on until 2028.
7) Pretty soon this will need its own header, as the DemoKKKrat search for answers continues. Now El Pollo Gallego and others are saying they screwed up on the border, that DemoKKKrats looked "feckless" and "indecisive." No, you looked treasonous and anti-American. Have they really learned anything? Nope. Hakeem ("Movin' on Up") Jeffries won't rule out defunding ICE if DemoKKKrats win in 2026.
8) Not good. Citing delays in materials, the U.S. Navy has pushed back delivery of the newest aircraft carrier, the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy. Retirement of the Nimitz soon means the U.S. will only have 10 operational carriers.
9) In a suburb of Benghazi-by-the-Lake, some 200 denizens of the inner city graced a local pool, blasted past the pool manager, who was pushed into a pool, and had a ghetto time. Pool passes were issued the next day to residents who did not appreciate the diversity training. Dang Amish.
10) Failed and fired State Department gutter-punchers are using their regime change skills to try to stop Trump.
11) A new book with "internal" sources claims that many (not all) of Rutabaga's staff pressed for a SPRING 2024 debate because Rutabaga was---interpreting here---fading too fast and that would be his best chance to beat Trump.
12) Love this. President Trump said wind and solar are a "blight" on our country. Precisely. They are ugly, kill wildlife, impossible to maintain, and deliver only tiny bits of energy if everything is just right.
13) Elon Musk is still on his nutball third party rampage, but his CEO at X had enough. Linda Yaccarino resigned. And she's not the only one. Also quitting are Uday Ruddarraju, the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at xA and David Lau, the Vice President of Software Engineering at Tesla. By the way, in his latest rant Elon claimed Steve Bannon was on the Epstein client list.
14) 15) A new IRS ruling reinterprets the older ruling preventing churches from endorsing candidates by saying they can do so to their own congregations, which is a completely gelatinous interpretation, as many churches no longer keep regular member rolls. More important, as Jeff Childers points out, this will have the impact of forcing candidates to change their entire approach.. How big is this? Childers says it begins a "structural rebalancing of political influence, moving influence away from elite institutions, tech platforms, and campaign consultants, and toward local, trusted authority figures, many of whom already have weekly access to hundreds or thousands of voters." Now, it's worth noting that DemoKKKrats have done this forever with the so-called "black church." But now the white churches are getting in on the action.
15) Seth Keshel, who nailed the 2024 presidential race even down to the county level, predicts J.D. Vance will win in 2028 with 316 EVs. I have it in the 320-340 EV range. Speaking of the veep, he said that the Amazing Zohran represents a "contradictory coalition of common enemies." True dat. By the way, various maps showing the impact of Texas and Ohio and possibly Louisiana redistricting would move 8-16 seats to the GOP, and in one scenario, over 30. Be still my beating heart.
16) A CIA internal review says John Brennanski lied to Congress. Why hasn't he been indicted yet?
17) President Trump's net approvals are very good. If either Brook Rollins' continued retarded comments that seem to favor amnesty or the Epstein stuff is sticking? Well, it doesn't show up here.
18) We ought to have a Jeopardy show with such luminaries as New Azteca Mayor Karen Ass and Occasional Cortex. Of course, the contestants would have to be spotted almost every single letter, even even then might struggle. Consider Mayor Ass, who said of the ICE raid on MacArthur Park (which was melting in the dark), that she "didn't know what the feds were doing" there but wanted them to leave because they could "create a crowd." What, you mean other than the crowd of illegal criminal invaders and homeless druggies?
19) Harmeet Dhillon is changing the culture at the DOJ to enforce true anti-discrimination policies against anyone, not just preferred classes. "The memo went out," she said. 20) To that end, Homeland Security sent out subpoenas to Harvard over criminality by foreign students on campus. Among other things, Harvard's very accreditation is at risk over its treatment of Jewish students. Good to see that the DOJ isn't alone in this stuff.
21) Wall Street is funding anti-tariff lawfare.
22) The median price of new homes hit $400,000 as delistings of current homes surged by almost 50%, as people would rather hang on to their houses than negotiate.
23) U.S. inflation dropped to 1.66% but the Fed still holds ridiculously high rates to screw Trump.
24) The House is beginning to DOGE it up, cancelling 54 contracts totalling over $800 million in just two days. Nice start.
25) Treasury Sec Scott Bessent says that tariffs will bring in about $300 billion by year's end.
26) Bitcoin rose to a new record of $112,000 per coin.
27) Germany saw its highest corporate bankruptcy rate in a decade. Hmm. How's that energy transition working out for ya?
28) Having given them an extra month to negotiate, President Trump has imposed tariffs on 14 countries. Apparently many of our "Asian allies" didn't believe Trump, and now they are shocked. Equally important, they found out via Trump's posts on Truth Social. Trump has completely redefined international diplomatic communication: "Now nearly every world leader has an active social media account. That’s no minor adjustment for technology; it cuts corporate media right out of the middle," according to Jeff Childers. Corporate media is being forced to report what Trump said on HIS Truth account, which is pretty funny when you think about it. To that end, Bloomberg notes that Trump has opened a new era in American foreign policy, and despite journal articles constantly insisting we are in a period of American decline, "Trump, in his inimitable way, has reminded so many countries where power really lies." For instance, yesterday he said "Today we're going copper" and imposed a 50% tariff on imported copper.
29) There is a lot of gas and oil about to come from the Western Hemisphere that will not be from the USA.
30) The medical cartel, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Physicians, the American Public Health Association, and the Infectious Diseases Society of America, filed suit against HHS for its reduced recommendations for childhood vaxxes. And a top FDA official rejected two different China Virus vaxxes as unsafe.
31) The new book, America in the 21st Century, is in production. Looking for a February 2026 release.
