Description

Mindfulness is understood to have different applications of different occasions for different purposes. These ideas have been discovered form the work of academics of early buddhist discourse (pali texts: Gethin/Kuan)

These crucial teachings have been further developed by Stephen Batchelor and are a core component to his program, Mindfulness Based Ethical Living (MBEL).

These 3 talks, where given at the morning instructions for mindfulness and the four noble truths. They are edited together here for your convenience to offer a comprehensive overview. Here, the first 3 are described: existential, therapeutic, and contemplative. Ethical mindfulness is not yet discussed.
