Ms. Robinson opened the case on behalf of her son because she is furious with her former friend, the defendent, for going behind her back and sleeping with her son. Now she claims that he fathered her child even though Ms. Robinson knows she has been sleeping with many people. Ms. Jackson admits to sleeping with the son, but claims that the only thing she knows is that the plaintiff is a deadbeat who has done nothing to help out with the 3 month old child. Mr. Chaplin stands to prove he is not the father.
