Ms. Walters claims the defendant was a childhood family friend who got her pregnant and now refuses to do anything for her 3-year-old son. She has petitioned the court for a DNA test to prove he is the father so he finally steps up. Mr. Rodgers says he spent 2 months in jail for unpaid child support and is currently behind 2,500 dollars in child support for a kid that is not his.
