Judgement free....what a beautiful phrase. For some reason, life brings judgement. Whether people are judging others or we are judging ourselves, our brains just naturally go to the negative sometimes. It's easy to slip into judgement, but it's a negative energy that really does not belong in life. That is why I loved the conversation I had with Corey Spiegel, a mom of two who went on a career exploration and decided to create an organization focused on creating a judgement free community. Light House is a "new community of like-minded women who get together to share, advise, inspire and help each other navigate life in a judgement free zone". Her organization holds various sessions for women focused on every day necessities like money management, aging gracefully, being a mom and more. She brings together women to talk, learn and grow together. I love it!
