Full disclosure, Nikki and I have kids at the same school so we know each other pretty well. We spend a lot of this episode laughing and talking about 20 different topics related to motherhood - including Nikki's jump into music and how she balances her passion with four kids and a busy life in Venice, California. I like to think of this episode as an exploration on "Real Talk" when it comes to kids and keeping it together. Nikki is one of those women you respect immensely because she keeps it real and knows how to prioritize what things are most important in life.
