The more time flies the more we tend to get stuck in our ways. Taking a step back every once and a while to make sure that these habits serve us well can be very beneficial, in more ways then one.
Being more conscious of our habits can help promote a healthier lifestyle, or more fruitful relationships. Committing to changing our routines is often easier said then done, but finding ways to "experiment" with different habits in a more light hearted manner can help ease our nerves into making positive changes.
