Another day and another name to know for the Texas Longhorns when it comes to the defensive coordinator. Should fans be excited about Pete Kwiatkowski coming from Washington? His defense have been the gold standard in the Pac-12 Conference and he produces NFL level talent. In the last four drafts alone, his defenses have sent nine first and second-round picks in the draft. In that same span, the Longhorns have none.
New offensive line/offensive coordinator Kyle Flood has already started getting to work. He offered the No. 1 and No. 2 offensive tackles of the 2022 class. Both of which were offered by him at Alabama. Why were these two offered when Herb Hand was in charge of the offensive line? Flood is already doing the job that Hand should have been doing.
