This week we look at where we find faith in our own communities and our own life.  The role religion has played in our country and our lives has evolved over the last century.  The need for faith however has not.  Each generation finds spirituality somewhere different.  We discuss how a lack of religion does not equate to a lack of faith.

No matter whether your spiritual journey includes an organized religion or a private experience or both you need to know how to fill your own faith bucket? We share how we find faith in our own personal lives each and every day and give tips on how you can find it too.

GO BOLDLY HOMEWORK

  1. Consider your own systems of faith. Grab a journal and take some time to write out where your understanding/faith system began.
  2. Then consider how it has changed over time. What are the major contributing factors?
  3. Fill up your faith bucket with a list of things you can do during the day that might help you replenish your faith.
