Hosted by four MSW students known as 'Social Works!'from the University at Albany's School of Social Welfare, RISE is an interactive conference aiming to provide young women with the skills needed to become professional leaders. Speakers from a variety of professional backgrounds will speak about their experiences as leaders and facilitate discussions and activities. There will be networking opportunities in order to foster space for organic mentoring. All speakers and facilitators are women who hold leadership positions in Albany community.

Leadership in Business and Politics
Women, Leadership, and Diversity
Leadership and the Arts
