Carolina’s trip to Virginia ended as so many others have in the past. Mack Brown’s squad went to Charlottesville favored and expected to run the score up on a Virginia defense unable to defend down the field. But as has been the case save for a couple times in the past 30 plus years, the Wahoos found a way to send the Heels home with a loss, and like so many times in the past, the Heels pitched in just enough mistakes to seal the deal.
