Basketball is a game of runs and the North Carolina Tar Heels used a 10-4 stretch in the final 1:30 to close out the Syracuse Orange 81-75 in the Smith Center on Tuesday night. The Heels dominated inside and valued the basketball as well as they’ve done all season to pick up a third straight ACC win to move to 8-4 on the year.
