Hi Witches

Todays episode is part one of a series of episodes on manifesting including some witchy methods working with the sabbath of Lammas and Lionsgate Portal. This episode focuses on the task of visualisation and clarity and includes journal prompts and a Tarot deck spread by Chelsey Pippin Mizzi from her book The Tarot Spreads Yearbook.

Journal prompts given -

• What intentions do you have from Lammas through to Mabon? 

• Where do you see yourself next Lammas/Lions Gate Portal? (a year from now)

• What do you want to attract more of in your life? 

• Do you feel in control of your life? If not why?  

• How can you gain more control of your life?  

• What dream do you have for your life?  

• How can you create this dream?  

• What actions can you take in the next month towards this dream? 

• Write down any challenging beliefs you have about this dream. Challenge these in any way you can (don’t worry we will come back to this on a episode)

• What are three words that are powerful to you to live by?  

• What are some of your favourite affirmations/mantras - perhaps find two or three that resonate with you that you use in this process 

• List as many things as possible that you can that you are grateful for
