Description

Welcome to another episode of The Heart Speaks.

In today's episode I speak with an awesome author and curator and an all around great person Chloe Louvouezo who wrote an incredible book called "Life, I swear".

This book is a collection and curation of essays, from black women all over the diaspora. In this book, they speak about their lives, their experiences with hardship and heartbreak and trauma, but also resiliency, self-actualization, individualization, and all the things that bring us closer to ourselves and to others. In this episode, we talk about the art of relationship as a practice, as a skill set, as something that has to be developed so that we can enrich our lives and actually be stronger with ourselves and with one another.

Enjoy the episode!
