With a name like Dior @diorbediako you would assume a career in Fashion was written in the stars, laid out like a red carpet with doors wide open - a walk in the park like Giggs.
However, in 2015 after leaving her dream job at luxury brand Burberry - Dior found herself in no mans land , with no one to turn to, nowhere to learn how to navigate the industry she took it upon herself to learn it all and share it all.
Founder and director of @pepperyourtalk Dior has proven to be a driving force in providing valuable information for young creatives looking to enter the fashion world.
If that wasn’t enough, with a desire to connect like minded young, fashionable professionals, Dior set out to create a members club called ‘The Junior Network’ - dedicated to providing support systems that meets their shifting career needs.
