California may pass a law saying from here on, you may NOT buy cigarettes unless you were born before 2007 – meaning 16 year olds may buy now, but in 10 years, you gotta be 26, and in 20 years, you have to be 36 -- a slow-motion tobacco ban.. The Marlboro Man may go to court over this.
