[00:00:58] Well, Erica, I'm so excited to have you on the show today. I know that you. You're such a health healthy individual. You've been teaching people about how to eat and what to do for many, many years. And you have to tell me a little bit about yourself and what what who who you are and what you stand for.
[00:02:32] I've been life coaching quite a bit the whole time anyways. I just didn't have the title. So I had in February left to go get certified in Newport Beach and I was having a few, you know, like weird symptoms. And I had this what I had self diagnosed up by my neck, a goiter. And I had gone into a routine dermatology appointment. Of course, this is when I got back from Newport Beach and the dermatologist looked at that and she said, we're not doing anything today. You need to get to the E.R.
[00:04:38] I mean, I was like my first panic attack. It was the news that nobody ever wants to get the worst news ever. And honestly, it was a death sentence. When I got that. But the other part of it was she told me that my lungs were filled with fluid and I needed to get to the E.R. and get them drained.
[00:05:27] your picture of health and your teaching health and then all of a sudden this just had to hit you. So I know we're gonna do a longer interview later on where we're going to go into detail, bit about the different therapies you did and more of your journey so people can really get a feeling for that.
[00:07:20] The conventional way of healing cancer, you know, it isn't just the way at all. There's numerous ways that a person can heal themselves. So if you can just be open minded to other ways and researching instead of coming under fear, then you're you're going to have a better chance of survival.
