Quotes:

(00:04:33) I was shown by Andy what it could become. And he believed in me when I didn't believe in myself.

(00:08:47) He told me, he pulled me aside. He goes, 'Listen, if your wife isn't in this with you, you're out.'

(00:14:56) Time is not relevant when we're doing this. Time is not relevant. The days are not relevant to this company, the Elliott Group, except for church at 11:00 Sunday, there's no time. There's no days here, and time will be gone.

(00:19:10) You're better off alone than around anybody else who doesn't agree with you. Until you find the right circle, we're the right circle. You come here, man. You gotta get out of there. Come here for three days, man, and I'm going to show you. You're going to be like, Holy shit. Okay, so this is how you recruit. This is who you look for. This is how it's done.

(00:22:52) Do the work. It'll take off.

(00:33:08) But I'm going to give you the software that I would use if you were just getting started.

(00:33:58) It would be a very foolish thing for you to be in the AI revolution and five years from now wake up and not know what the hell is going on. That would be a very bad business decision and personal decision. That's just not allowed.

(00:43:25) Death would stop me because I'm not stopping. I'm not going to lose this battle. I'm going to have setbacks and failures. I've cost Andy a couple million dollars with some of my CRM mistakes. I'm sure of it. I'm sure of it. But we never stop. We never quit. So the only thing stopping me, where my mind's at and where I'm going to go is if the good Lord decides to take me, that's it. That's a freaky fucking mindset to have, because that makes me unstoppable.

(00:48:51) Dude, it's been a lot, bro. You ballers out there, you need to hear how I recreated my marriage. 21 years done. Like, I'm out, tapped out, and now 25 years of marriage. Now to have the marriage I have, dude, you couldn't convince me that was possible, and now she won't keep her arms off me, and we're running the business together, and she's doing the seminars. She's Jacqueline's right hand. It's like, this is my wife. Damn, I'm checking her out again. I'm like, Shit, this is great. I cannot believe I have that marriage.

(00:50:11) You don't take over the world with a shitbag relationship. It's not possible. It's not doesn't exist.

In this episode of the podcast, Sean Pollard and Kenny Baden of the Elliott Group discuss the importance of relationships and marriage, and how the use of AI technology in sales has contributed to the success of the Elliott Group. Kenny shares his story of how he met Andy Elliott, the founder of the Elliott Group, and how he was willing to take a risk and work for free to join the team.

Kenny and his wife have been married for 21 years and were having problems, and Kenny is trying to follow the same path as Andy and is taking notes. Kenny is leading the team while Andy is traveling 5 months out of the year and is an EOS integrator visionary, focused on systems, follow up campaigns, ad copy, and visualization. Kenny is trying to build a similar brand to the Elliot flag and the Blue Collar Ballers group, and is interested in what high performers do, such as their sleep, eating, and gym habits.

Kenny and Andy have an agreement that Andy will never have to fight for Kenny's attention, and they have recruited Jacob Hagerman and Ryan to reach a younger demographic. Kenny is sharing advice he received from a wise woman about how to wrangle the alpha, and is encouraging listeners to take the energy from the conversation and use it to be successful. Kenny's daily routine includes writing a gratitude post, journaling, reading, and working out with his wife, and he is motivated to push himself to the greatest point he can get to and believes he has something to offer.

Kenny has learned that it is important to protect his circle and not let just anyone in, and has gone through a two year process to recreate his marriage. Kenny is in the early stages of building a mastermind group, inspired by the success of the Elliot group, and is focused on taking action and being resourceful to achieve success. Kenny believes that anyone can do what Andy has done, and that it is important to manage one's personal life, marriage, physical fitness, and family life.

Kenny is promoting his work on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and is providing a phone number for people to text him and receive a powerful speech from Andy. Kenny believes that it is better to be alone than around anyone who doesn't agree with him, and that it is important to give everything to everything in order to achieve the best results. Kenny is inspired by the success of the Elliot group, and is determined to succeed in life, marriage, and business.
