Quotes:

(00:33:17) It takes a lot if you pull that. I don't know that there's anybody but then again, I don't know what he did or didn't do, but we all know what the exit was. 350 at any multiplier is the 350 gross. Anyhow, I am very excited for you, brother.

(00:39:29) It's not a material item. It's not the fucking the thing, the prize, the money, anything like that. It's a challenge. It's fuck. It's the journey, and who you become on that journey that really makes the difference.

(00:23:53) But I challenge people to do something outside the norm that they wouldn't normally do. Whether it's run a mile, whether it's go work out, whether it's play fucking tennis, I don't care. Something fucking active.

(00:24:29) But if you have the discipline to do this, you can build anything else. That's how I feel.

(00:05:30) Having the correct standards and aligned with those disciplines, knowing that these are my standards, these are my goals, these are what I want, this is the legacy that I want to leave. And then you figure out what it takes to get there.

(00:13:15) To hit rock bottom is what I say. Everybody's rock bottom is different. What it takes, agree.

(00:41:59) You just got to put in the fucking work.

(00:10:42) But finally one day I kind of had a wake up call. I had a hit and run. And my fault, I hit a minivan and I was drunk as fuck while I was driving. I don't know. I wasn't even driving my car.

Do you want to achieve success and make your dreams a reality? Then you need to take a page from the book of Todd Price and Kenny Baden. In this episode of Kenny Baden's podcast "The Kitchen Table", Kenny and Todd have a conversation about setting goals, having a belief system, and having a support system in order to achieve success.

Kenny Baden is an IFBB pro and the owner of Priceless Nutrition. Todd Price is also an IFBB pro and verified on social media. Both men have inspiring stories of overcoming adversity and achieving success.

Todd Price is disciplined in his fitness and nutrition, and has a meal prep plan tailored to his needs. Kenny's friend Will, another IFBB pro, prefers to make his own meals instead of using meal preps. Todd believes that having the correct standards and disciplines is essential to achieving goals, and he gets up early every day to work on his goals.

Kenny and Todd discussed personal branding and building a successful business. Kenny believes that personal brand is important and that people need to post content that is more than just business related. He suggests that 25% of posts should be business related, 25% entertainment, 25% engagement, and 25% encouragement.

Kenny has the logo for Priceless Nutrition tattooed on his neck, and Wes Watson wears a shirt made by Kenny that says "Fuck Your Excuses" in many of his videos. Kenny does an hour of cardio in the morning and then gets ready for the day, and goes to the gym twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Kenny had a good upbringing with great parents and went to good schools, but he got into the gym industry and it was a party scene with alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy, and G. He went down the wrong path and lost everything, and was living in extended stays with strippers, staying in cars, and was homeless. He had a wake up call when he had a hit and run while drunk, and thought he could have hurt a kid and had a sobering moment. Now, Kenny has a beautiful fiance, a home, and people that work for him that he can count on.

Kenny and Todd both agree that it's important to focus on doing better than you were yesterday, last month, or last year. Ryan told Kenny to remember to keep the market in mind when setting goals. Kenny has a few ideas for his next venture, including opening a gym and a hormone clinic.

Kenny believes that it's the challenge and journey of success that makes the difference, not the material items or money. He is never content and always wants more, but is still happy even if he lost everything he had.

Todd Price wants to show people that it doesn't matter where they are in life, they can still achieve success if they put in the work. He encourages everyone to stay motivated and to strive for more. He emphasizes the importance of having a strong belief system and support system when starting a business. He also talks about the importance of personal branding and how he has been a fan of Brad Lee for a long time.

Kenny Baden and Todd Price have inspiring stories and offer practical advice and data-driven insights for anyone looking to achieve success. They both agree that it's important to focus on the journey, stay motivated, and strive for more. So, take a page from their book and start setting your goals today!
