I share how it felt initially when I took a pause and unplugged. Pausing allows us to gather our thoughts and process the knowledge gained during the interaction. Unplugging can evoke a sense of relief, as it grants you a break from the constant influx of information. It allows you to be present, focus on the physical world, and engage with the people and activities around you. It might bring a sense of clarity and calmness, free from the digital noise that can sometimes overwhelm our minds.
