Paul Fishman is a self love coach and You Do You activist. Paul has taken his life experiences and channeled it into a business and lifestyle that brings love, care, compassion and realness to the struggles we all face on our journey to self love. Paul speaks from experience, and his naturally empathetic way of guiding his clients comes right from his heart’s centre.
In this episode, Paul shares some personal stories from his road to self love, and about the shifts that have come along with saying yes to himself after years of not doing so.
Because this recording took place during the COVID-19 isolation period, we talk real talk about numbing practices and how they have been stripped from us, and how Paul has embraced this time to really look at himself and shift some of the narratives in his life.
Full disclosure here too, Paul and I recorded on April 9th, before all the deep COVID-19 emotions really hit me and before I’d really had the opportunity to digest everything it was, has been, and is now. After listening to this recording several weeks later, I completely acknowledge that my emotions rode roller coasters between this recording on April 9th and where we’re at today, and that I needed to exercise all things that Paul and I discuss in this episode.
