Nothing saddens me more than seeing churches send out those who will least likely be missed and those who are easiest to replace. Antioch sent out Paul and Barnabas. They sacrificed their right arm because of the needs of a perishing world. Few things prove the lordship of Christ over a local church more than the willingness to sacrifice to Him our most precious servants. These individuals have the beautiful feet that Paul speaks of. Those ministers and servants that are most beautiful to us will be most beautiful to the lost and waiting world. And this sacrifice is most beautiful to our God who sent His most precious Servant to us.
