Though I’ve imagined myself in various survival situations, I’ve only in fact used my knife twice, both times at home. I even forgot it during my last camping trip. I can, it turns out, live without it; but we cannot live without God’s word. It is vital for our daily lives and our ultimate good. Let’s learn to use it.
