As I gained an understanding of the Scriptures, I began to see the importance of what Christ prays to the Father. It is absolutely necessary for me to know the word of God so that I can live a life characterized by holiness. The power of the word is not just to convert people to have life eternal, but also to make them have a life of holiness. Let us be diligent students of the word, so that our lives can be totally set apart to our God.
