Katrina and I continue chatting from last month but switch directions to discuss our fitness and health journeys respectively. I had an injury in Crossfit back in August, which has really changed my view about how I want to proceed. Katrina has made some amazing changes in the past year and shares about how she hopes to continue in the new year.
