Smells Like Teen Spirit was the song that arguably changed the musical landscape in the early 90’s. Many people saw the arrival of Nirvana and the Seattle “Grunge” sound as the end of hair bands, thrash metal and other 80’s sounding rock and ushered in a new moodier style of music just in time for the new decade. Nirvana was a formative band for Dave and Rob, so this week, for the first time we’ll concentrate on just one artist and explore our favorite facts and songs from their catalog.
