This week: Fridge Clearing, Baby making during Covid-19, why you should be listening to your body (and Brian McKnight).

Fridge Clear Burger:

- Mostly Cooked/Canned White Beans and Cooked Quinoa

- Some Diced Onion

- Bit of Cumin

- Tiny bit of Cayenne

- Splash Apple Cider Vinegar

- Dash Salt and Pepper

Anything Pesto:

- Something green (lots of this)

- Something like a nut or seed (some of this)

- Something acidic (probably lemon juice or vinegar)

- Something fatty (cheese, nutritional yeast, avocado)

- Something oily (EVOO works super well

- Blend everything but the oil, stream that in slowly whilst everything is twirling about
