Charles is the founder and CEO of Legislate, a legal tech company making contracts searchable at scale using patented knowledge graph company. Prior to starting Legislate, Charles was one of the first employees at Mind Foundry, a spin-out of the University of Oxford specialising in AI for high-stakes applications.
