Description

Did you know that YOU may be sabotaging your practice success every single day?

What? Why?

That’s because it’s in our human nature to repeat the same patterns of thinking and behavior over and over again. This is the exact self-destructive thinking that PRACTICE MASTERY Podcast host, Dr. Alan Chong discusses this in another in a series of solo episodes.

He begins with asking  you to evaluate your very personal and core values and beliefs.

Dr. Chong says, "This often faulty thinking defines your practice."

As an example, defining your practice preferences, style and expertise is essential to establishing your credibility with your clientele. He uses the example of a new patient by referral is already a more confident patient. They have already been briefed on the what, whys and hows of chiropractic as you practice it at the time. Inconsistent focus, policies and procedures undermine all patient experiences with you and the clinic you practice at.

Expectation management between you and the patient becomes the key to your success with that patient, where results and retention are your guiding indicators.

Be prepared to learn some key points to practice mastery and patient management.
